Steve Lucas was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from Faulkner University in 1990 with a Bachelor's Degree in business administration. He and his wife, Toni, lived and worked in Richmond, Virginia for twelve years before enrolling at the East Tennessee School of Preaching and Missions in 2004. Steven graduated from ETSPM in July, 2006. He has been working with the congregation at Ligonier since March, 2007.
